WORKFLOW FOR NEW ADMISSION PROCESSING (PARENTS EDITION)

ENQUIRY
Kindly speak to the administrative staff for clarity on the admission process and school information.
02.
PURCHASE OF FORMS
Parents are to purchase an application form from the school.
03.
SUBMISSION OF FORMS
Forms must be filled and submitted to the school, within 72 hours after purchase.
04.
PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT
For new entrants enrolling into our primary school, the headmistress will schedule a date for the assessment to determine learners’ preparedness for their proposed classes.
05.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Parents can then make the required payment via visa cards, direct bank payment or bank transfer. Name of depositor should be the name of the student. All cheques should however be paid directly to the school. In case of momo payments, reference should be name of the student.
06.
PROOF OF PAYMENT
Proof of payment must be presented to the accountant. For the issuance of a receipt within 24hrs of receipt of the proof. A screenshot of the momo transaction should be forwarded to the accountant for the issuance of a receipt.
07.
UNIFORMS & OTHER APPARELS
Parents pick up their ward’s uniforms from the school’s reception.
